Coolest Snake Robot That Will Amaze You

A new soft snake-like robot has been developed by Harvard scientists and the biomimetics lab. The robot uses kirigami technology, which is based on nanotechnology and allows it to mimic the natural curves, bends, and muscles of a snake.

The robotic snake-like device is scalable and easy to deploy, and makes everyday tasks more efficient. The snake skin can be controlled like an extension of the hand and can slither like a regular snake, but thanks to the kirigami design, it can also be folded up into any shape and even put in tight spaces.

This ability makes it perfect for search and rescue missions as well as other applications where a traditional wheeled or legged robot would not be able to go. The snake skin robot's design is inspired by the Japanese art of origami and is able to exploit the same techniques to move in a variety of ways, including slithering and climbing. In the future, it could also be used for things like pipe inspection or even be used in surgery. The possibilities are truly endless.
